New Water Service Connection Fee
| New Service Connection 3/4 inch meter: | $1,200.00 |
WATER & SEWER CONNECTION FEE: A water connection fee of $1,200.00 shall be due prior to the property being connected to the Falconhead Property Owners Association’s water system. The “water connection” fee is for a ¾-inch meter. Contact the office for any other size cost. Any property without water for at least 180 days will be charged a “meter drop” of $500.00 to re-establish service.
New Wastewater Service Connection Fee
